4/6/20 The Rest of World (ROW) list

Just like what they did in 1999, Mattel did the same thing for 2000 by allowing 10 vehicles in the 1-75 Rest of World line, or ROW for short, to be regional spec.  The regions include the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia.  With the exception of 36-40 all other countries not in the regions and outside of the USA 1-100 use the main core ROW list for those ten vehicles.  Numbers 1, 5, and 6-10 are the same as the USA 1-100 line, and most of the series in the ROW line are the same as the USA segment series vehicles only numbered differently to confine with the smaller 1-75 lineup.  Numbers 36-40 get the vehicles from the region closest to the country.  A few interesting things to note is that a few of the vehicles repeat in different spots for different regions with a slight color change, and Australia gets a unique color of blue for the normally white Concept 1 Beetle convertible.  Since I did not collect or see all of these vehicles from the ROW line I will provide a list of the vehicles with the main ROW list and the unique slots for each country.  However, from what I remember when I collected these vehicles back in 2000 some of the ROW boxes actually came into the USA via Kay-bee Toys and Kmart (both long gone now) and some even included the 1999 ROW 1-75 releases so it was possible for USA collectors to gain access to the ROW lines without going outside of the country.
